Description

My lovely St Kilda Apartment is on the beach with water glimpses, and backs onto a park. Within a 1 minute walk is St Kilda's Iconic Luna Park and Palais Theatre. You can see them lit up at night and hear the music from the rooftop of the building.

The Apartment comfortably accommodates 2 people, with a small kitchen and bathroom, large bedroom, and entertainers garden with deck and barbecue area.

It has polished boards and floor to ceiling windows looking onto the private garden, letting in lots of natural light.

I have near new furniture, (except for my beautiful 70's spirograph coffee table) decent sized TV, DVD/CD player and stereo.

It's a very secure building with very friendly neighbours.

The St Kilda Apartment is on the beach with water glimpses, and backs onto a park. Within a 1 minute walk to trams, Luna Park and Palais Theatre.

Famous Acland Street 1 minute away,over 40 restaurants and cafes, bars and night clubs

The bars open early and close late and vary from romantic wine bars to rowdy parties with DJ's and Live bands. The Espy is St Kilda's infamous pub overlooking the sea which has launched many bands careers. You can catch international acts at the Prince of Wales on Fitzroy Street and the Palais Theatre. There is shopping and an art galleries in walking distance also.

Just a 1 minute walk is Melbourne's tram network which will get you to the city in 20 minutes

About Us

I live in my place with my boyfriend and I am in my late 20's. I have lived in my apartment for 4 years and love it! I am house proud and love getting out in the garden to look after my own little piece of paradise.

I bought the place because I love the vibrancy and neighbourhood pride of St Kilda and so that I could have a garden for my little dog, a lovable little Terrier who is now 2 and a half and just as playful and cuddly as ever!

I work as a recruitment consultant for graphic designers in the day time not far from St Kilda so I am always meeting new and interesting people from all over the world.

I have so far travelled in Western Europe and New Zealand and hope to see the rest of the world in the not too distant future. Hopefully I will have some nice places to stay whilst I'm ther

Destination

I would love to see more of Australia. Looking for Byron Bay, Perth, Queensland, Tasmania.

Please note I want to stay either in the country or close to the city. No suburbs.
