Description

Our apartment is situated on the Costa del Sol aprox. 12 km from Marbella between La Cala and Calahonda right on the sea front with fantastic views of the Mediterrean. It is two bedroomed and as we live here permanently it has all modern appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, condenser dryer and an oven. We have one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, a bathroom with a bath and shower, an American style kitchen, a large living room with TV and DVD player (both English and Spanish channels) and a terrace with glass curtains which can be opened or closed. It is located in a very well maintained complex with lovel gardens, two swimming pools, a kiddies pool and a tennis court. Also located in the complex is the "Garden Bar" which is open daily and also serves food including dinner in the evenings.

Neighborhood

From our complex there is direct access to the shoreline with beaches just a short walk both left and right and also some spanish Chirinquitos which serve lovely tapas! There is a bus stop right outside the complex from where you can visit any part of the Coast. Also trips can be booked on the Complex for such places as Morocco, Gibralter, Granada, Seville etc. Just a short walk away is Riviera where there are shops, restaurants, bars and a crazy golf course. Both La Cala and Calahonda can be reached in a 15 mins walk either by beach or road where there are many more restaurants, shops etc. If you are interested in golf there are an abundance of courses in the locality. Overall the area can provide everything from peacefull beach walks, beautiful food to good nightlife.

About Us

We are an Irish Couple, Brendan and Nuala, who moved to Spain four years ago. We own a bar in Benalmadena which we close for the winter months thus enabling us to have a well earned rest and also to travel.

Destination

Our dates are flexible. Our preference would be the Munster region of Ireland and Mainland Europe including Spain.
