The apartment built in year 2000,is in the beautiful city of Chania,in the Greek island Crete. They are 12 apartments in the building and the owners live there. There is a beautiful garden in front of the building.
The apartment has a panoramic view to the city, the see and to the island "Thodorou".You can also see from our big balcony the old Venetian lightower in the old town. The apartment has 3 balconys,big windows-doors. It is in the 3rd floor (the last) of the building and has a lift. There are 2 parking spots-garage inside the building (owned by us) and many others outside.

Neighborhood

It is 10 min. walking distance from the city center,the nearest beach, the old Venetian town and many other sightseeing’s(a lot of them you can see with beautiful photos in www.chania-citizen-guide.gr ).The place is very guiet.

About Us

We are a couple 40 years. I am an army officer and my wife is an English teatcher.We have two kids , a boy 13 and a girl 9 years. We will travel with my father 75 years. We will take good care of your home. Our children are very quite and disciplined.We speak english and german.
