Description

it is a very nice 3 bedroom home with enclosed garden in a quite neighbourhood bordering a natural reserve. it is walking distance to a beautiful beach and only a short distance to the township of byron bay. i currently live in my house with a dog and two children.
i want to exchange my house for a place in italy only in the northern part of italy down to toscani. i would like a period of 3 months maybe july august september 08.

the neighbourhood is very quite ,safe and includes a bus service to byron bay

About Us

independent middle aged women from germany/munich originally .i studied art and arts administration. speak fluent english and german. love travelling, art and culture.

a house or apartment in quite location either a small town or country side if car is available. either in toscani or liguria or any other northern italien region
