We have a modern 2 bedroom apartment in quiet surroundings located in plush upmarket East Melbourne. The apartment has heating/air conditioning, television, high speed internet, security access, undercover parking, access to shared swimming pools and gymnasium. There are also outdoor patio areas at the front and rear of the apartment. Front patio has a barbeque and outdoor seating.

Conveniently located within easy walking distance to public transports, parks, sports precint, cafes, bars and theatres. East Melbourne is surrounded by 3 beautiful leafy parks, the biggest garden in Melbourne - the Botanical Gardens and two other parks near the city - the Fitzroy Gardens and the Treasury Gardens. The apartment complex is only a short stroll to the central business district, but with tucked away in a quiet quiet surroundings. Beaches are only a short distance away.

We are a married couple, mid thirties, both working as engineers in Melbourne. We have no children or pets, and are non smokers. We enjoyed travelling and have travelled extensively through Asia, North America, Europe, and Africa.
