Lower Chautauqua neighborhood, near NIST and Broadyway. Open space seven blocks away (Four Pines) and +/- 12 blocks to historic Chautauqua Park. Close to CU and downtown Boulder. Half a block to BaseMar shopping center, with a Wild Oats (Whole Foods), restaurants and shops, all accesible through a pedestrian tunnel which runs under Broadway. Quiet residential street with great neighbors.

About Us

My husband is a professor of Latin American history here at the University of Colorado, and I am at home with our children, ages 4 and 7. We used to live in Portland and would like to spend some time there again.
