3 br/2ba Ranch Style home in Greenfield, Indiana. 30 minutes to the Nascar Speedway. 30 mins to the 3 story Circle Center Mall. 30 mins to the Colts Stadium. Enjoy outdoor Winter Sports. Lots of Sightseeing at the Christmas Zoo, Museums, and etc. Enjoy farm fresh Black Angus Meat.

Home will be fully furnished and is extremely clean with new paint and new carpets. All linens, dishes, cookware, internet, cable TV, 98 Ford Explorer for transportation provided.

Master has a Queen size Temperpudic Bed. Bedroom #1 has a twin size bed and Bedroom # 2 has a twin size bunk bed.

Neighborhood

Very safe neighborhood, great for families with children. Neighbors are very hometown people. Home is located in a newer subdivision so all the homes in the area are well kept.

About Us

Family of 4. Married for 9 years. Kids ages: 8 and 5 years old. Parents ages: 30 and 32 years old.
Dad is a Union Sprinkler Fitter.
Mom is a SAHM.

Destination

Sometime in December or January. Looking to swap our Greenfield, IN (snow) home for your SWFL (sun) home.
