anno 1883 farmhouse 0n 4000m2 landscaped garden and newly restored in 1980.
the barn area turned into a spacios lounge with bar.
4 bouble bedrooms, two bathrooms, one sauna.
use of bices, car(280 merc.) and 1984 landrover.

Neighborhood

we are on the outscirts of a small country village of 12000 inhabitants.
all nature near canal ,moorland etc.
10 km from teutoburger wald with quient villages and castle ruins with open air theatre.
great walks from the house and good cycling with little traffic along country lanes.
holland is 50km to the east. bremen 120 to the north and duesseldorf 180 to the south.

About Us

i'm ritired with my wife.
our 3 children are married in cardiff, rabat ( morocco) and florida (jensen beach).
thats why our interest, to spend time in florida.
i'm ind. ing. and lived in south africa (16j)in manila(1j),in morocco(25j).now we are more in germany but are still close in contact with all the countries we lived in.
