Description

This is a beautiful four bedroom home with new wood floors, hearth fire place, spacious dining and living room. access to oudoors cross-country ski-trails, and snow shoeing. This is a very family friendly home with all new appliances, washer and dryer and newly painted. It is fully furnished and very comfortable in the winter weather and also great in summer with access to private beach and located on the river for boating and kayaking and fishing. The swimming is wonderful and their is a club house for games and picnics complete with kitchen facilities. The home also has a gas grill for convenient for barbecuing at your door step.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is contryside living with neighbors about one-fourth mile away. The neighbors are mostly professonal people with families and also many second home families.

About Us

We are a famliy of five with interest in travelling and our visiting our daughter in Istanbul, Turkey. She is studying at the university and we are trying to find accomodation in the area. My husband attended the London School of Economics and we lived in London for a year. We love travelling and studying. Our children are ages 13, 18, and 21. My husband works in Economic Development and I am a professonal therapist.

Destination

This can be a non-simultaneous exchange as our home is open for vacations and can be available as agreed upon by the interested people.
