Lovely 5 year old 3 br/1ba townhouse set in the "garden of Ireland" in Newcastle, County Wicklow (20 miles south of Dublin); furnished with leather and wood, Spanish style with Asian influence, includes all amenities, satellite tv, wireless broadband, dishwasher, washer/dryer dolby surround, a lovely back garden and 1 mile stroll to the beach. 20 steps from the local pub and steak/seafood cafe bar. Very quiet, though may be woken up to the sounds of cattle grazing. Picturesque in every way.

Neighborhood

Convenient to Dublin, a 25 minute drive; or bus and Dart transportation can be easily accessed. The neighbors and neighborhood is quiet and charming, and still quintessentially Irish. There are many hiking trails, biking, fishing, and golf are all very close by. This is truly a vacation getaway in the heart of County Wicklow. Also, not far is Ardmore Studios, where films such as Braveheart and King Arthur and Ella Enchanted were shot. A playpark is three blocks away for the kids.

About Us

I am an American-Chinese actor/action director/writer married to an Irish make-up artist/college lecturer wife. We have two girls, 9 and 2 years of age. They are a big reason why we have settled in this part of the world. Old world charm and great educational system, where the skies are different colors each season and clouds and stars are crisp and clear.
My work often brings me to Los Angeles and so we would love to establish a mutually beneficial and idyllic exchange as a getaway.
