Description

Our home is comfortable, clean, and spacious. What I prefer about this house, is it's large windows that let the sun come in. It has a very well equiped kitchen (cooking is my hobby) with adjoining dining room. On the main floor, there are 3 bedrooms: 1 queen, 1 double and 1 single. Downstairs, in the family room, we have a pull out bed for 2. It has a large private fenced back yard with a pool, flowers and a garden. We love having dinner under our mature apple tree.

Neighborhood

Ideally located as a touring base, our town is 25 minutes from Montreal, less than 2 hours from Quebec City and Ottawa and around an hour of many ski resorts.
For teenagers, La Ronde park is about 30 kilometers away with large scale roller-coasters and rides.
The area offers many outdoor activities.
For those who prefer the city life, Montréal has everything to please them!

About Us

I am an elementary school teacher and my husband owns a landscaping company.
We have 2 lovely daughters (12 and 14), boths studying ballet at the École Supérieure de Ballet Contemporain de Montréal.

We speak french and english.

Destination

We are looking for a house in the Florida Keys or on the Gulf coast for this coming Christmas holiday.
Christmas 2009 could be in Mexico.

In Spring 2011, we wish to travel in Europe for about a month.

Can be a non-simultaneous exchange
