Description

This is a first floor flat, hardwood floors, beautiful light, high ceilings, near several beautiful parks. It is a block from the metro, many trams and several bus routes. It is quiet and quaint, but just steps away from all the majesty and charm of Prague. One tram stop from the castle and one from Mala Strana. Two stops from Old Town Square. Seven year old sweet black lab comes with the package (I could also arrange for care for her). Cute balcony off the foyer and large eat-in kitchen. Wi-Fi included as well as satellite TV.

Neighborhood

Close to many fantastic restaurants, gorgeous parks and within a 10 min walk to downtown and all the sites. Close to all forms of public transportation and parking for rental cars is available.

About Us

I am a fourth grade teacher at the International School of Prague and would like to get involved with house-swapping to enable myself to see other countries and stay within a budget. I have a wonderful flat that is extremely convenient to everything.

Destination

I am going to Barcelona from Dec 24-Jan 1 and would love to find a suitable house swap situation. Dates are not really flexible due to flights but even if I can have a few days it would save me money.
