L'appartement est situé aux portes du parc régional de la haute vallée de chevreuse, à 25 km de Paris (30 minutes de Paris en RER) et à 15 km de versailles.
Il est composé d'une entrée, de 2 chambres, d'un dressing, d'une cuisine aménagée et d'un salon. La salle de bain avec baignoire est séparée des toilettes. Le balcon donnant sur le salon est exposé plein sud et fait face à la forêt de gif sur yvette.

The apartment is situated to the doors of the regional park of the high valley of chevreuse, to 25 km of Paris (30 minutes of Paris with RER) and to 15 km of versailles. It is composed from an entry, of 2 rooms, of a dressing, of a laid out kitchen and of a parlor. The bathroom with bathtub is separated toilets. The balcony giving on the parlor is exposed full south and does facing the forest of gif on yvette.

Neighborhood

Le quartier est calme et très verdoyant puisqu'il se trouve en lisière de la forêt de gif sur yvette.
Le RER B se trouve à 5 minutes à pied et vous emmène en moins de 40 minutes directement dans le centre de Paris (quartiers saint michel ou chatelet).
Commerces à 3 minutes à pied, plusieurs grandes surfaces à proximité (5 minutes en voiture pour la plus proche).
Commune se trouvant aux portes du parc naturel de la haute vallée de chevreuse et de ses nombreux chateaux, sites naturels et sentiers pédestres ou VTT.
Très proche du chateau de versailles.

The neighborhood is calm and very verdant since it is located in edge of the forest of gif on yvette. The RER B is located to 5 minutes on foot and you take in less than 40 minutes directly in the center of Paris (holy neighborhoods michel or chatelet). Commerces to 3 minutes on foot, several hypermarkets nearby (5 minutes by car for the closest one). Town being located to the doors of the parc nauturel de la haute vallée de chevreuse and of its numerous chateaux, natural sites and pedestrian footpath or VTT. Near of the chateau of versailles.

About Us

Nous sommes un jeune couple de 25 et 26 ans sans enfant, tous deux enseignants d' Education Physique et Sportive.

We are a young couple of 25 and 26 years without child, both of them sport teachers.

Destination

Nous recherchons un appartement ou une maison de préférence dans une grande ville européenne, à la mer, à la montagne...bref, quelquechose de dépaysant où que ce soit, nous sommes ouverts à toutes destinations et nous répondrons à toutes vos propositions. Notre appartement est disponible durant toutes les vacances scolaires ( Toussaint, noel, février, paques et été ) et peut être disponible certains week end selon vos demandes. L'échange peut se faire de manière non simultanée.

We look for an apartment or a house preferably in a big European city, to the sea, to the mountain. We opened to all destinations and we will reply to all your suggestions. Our apartment is available during all the school vacation (Toussaint, noel, February, paques and summer) and can be available week end according to your ask. The exchange can be done of non simultaneous manner.
