Description

Our home was built in 1950 and is a multi level. It has one bedroom, a bathroom and a sitting room with fireplace on the first level, a kitchen, playroom living room and dining room on the second level and three bedrooms and another bathroom on the third level. There is a large yard and a play set outside. There is a like for swimming on the street behind us. We are a family with three children so the house is set up to practically accommodate a family. It is not a new home, but the kitchen and baths are updated with granite and marble.

Neighborhood

The town is a very quiet suburb of Boston, but has a large Audubon Society for hiking, a large state park with historic mansion and a beautiful lake with a beach for swimming. There is a train station in town which is a five minute drive from the house and it takes approx. 25 minutes to get into Boston. Driving at off peak times takes about 45 minutes.

About Us

We are a family with three small children and no pets. We are professionals who work in Boston. I have spent significant amounts of time in Ireland as I was growing up and all of my aunts, uncles and cousins are still in the Dublin area.

Destination

We are seeking homes that are child friendly and are close to Dublin City Center only.
