Description

A very nice, sunny and quiet studio in Paris-19th. It's situated on a very peaceful courtyard, with lots of light. Completely renovated last year, fully equipped (modern kitchen, washing machine, ADSL, unlimited phone calls to 70 countries).
The apartment is a 2 room apartment, but since I work at home, I prefer to leave my material in the bedroom while I'm away. Therefore you will only have access to the main room (which makes it a studio).
The sofa transforms into a real bed (very comfortable mattress, you don't have the feeling to be sleeping on a sofa!).
Unfortunately pets are not allowed (I'm allergic), and only non-smokers.

Neighborhood

The apartment is ideally situated close (5mn walk) to Parc des Buttes Chaumont, Parc de la Villette, and Canal de l'Ourcq. The subway (station Ourcq, line 5) is only 50m away. This line takes you to Gare du Nord in 5mn, and to Bastille in 15mn.
