Neighborhood

La Baule is located west part of France on the Atlantic coast near Nantes and Britanny.
The flat is situated in the center of a smart town with a beautiful 9 Km beach.
Quiet area, 5 minutes walk to the beach and the market place.
Three golf in the vicinity and many activities (water sports, horse riding, tennis...)

In the vicinity of La Baule, there are many interesting places to visit: medieval city of Guerande, saltmarsh, sand beaches, wild coast, fishing ports, shipyard in Saint-Nazaire...

About Us

We are a couple (58 and 56 years old) just retired. Man was working for civil aviation like an air traffic controller and woman like a commercial employee.
We have now time to travel.

Destination

This can be a non-simulaneous exchange because the flat is our second home. Our main home is located in the same building.
We are open to dates and destinations.

We are looking for a flat in New york in april 2008 for 4 to 6 days.
