Description

This is a modern 3 bedroom town-house with all usual facilities. The situation is private with a small garden & patio area accessed by french doors from the living areas.
There is a main double bedroom with ensuite bathroom,shower & toilet. 2 single bedrooms share a separate bathroom,shower & toilet.
The kitchen, dining & lounge are spacious open plan. There is a 2 car garage with internal access to the house

Neighborhood

Hamilton is a pleasant mid-sized city with a river, lake, University, Base Hospital,Casino - all the things you would find in a modern city.
It is an excellant base for tourism: 1 hour to Auckland(our biggest city), 90 minutes to Rotorua thermal area, 40 minutes to Raglan surfing beach, 2 hours to Lake Taupo, 3 hours to mountain ski fields.

My house is in the quiet, family suburb of Flagstaff. There are local shops (5 min walk), supermarkets and shopping mall (10 min drive or bus) and the City is a 15 min drive.

The house is very close to the Waikato River which offers extensive scenic river walks.

About Us

I am a 64 year-old businessman and former Chartered Accountant planning to retire soon. Depending on the timing of any exchange I may be travelling alone or in the company of my similar aged brother and sister.

Destination

I am interested in an exchange in the Bath/Bristol area - the closer to Bath the better.

I am open to offers outside the preferred date range, especially for a long term exchange. A car exchange would be desirable.
