Description

Air conditioned home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fireplace, a front screened patio, a rear enclosed air conditioned patio (also with fireplace) and private driveway. It is on a small lake with preserved area across the lake.

Neighborhood

We are down the street from Sea World and the Orange County Convention Center in a residential development with a club house and common pool and whirlpool tub, pool table and ping pong table. The bus route is at the end of the block. Can walk to the club house. Many senior citizens live in the neighborhood (all are single family homes).

About Us

My husband and I are recently retired (early) in our 50's and are enjoying our travels. Our retired neighbor was born in Japan and would travel to Japan with us to visit her brother. We have been involved in real estate, construction, and have worked extensively in preserving the environment.

Destination

This can be a non-simultaneous exchange.
We would like 4 days on mainland Japan and 14 days in Okinawa. My husband is allergic to dogs and cats, so the Japan house must be no pets.
