Description

We have a beautiful, comfortable apartment, with great views to the mediterranean sea that you can enjoy from the terrace where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner...
It is in the fifth floor. There are lift and swimmingpool. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. And in the livingroom there are a sofa-bed where can sleep two more persons. The kitchen is full equiped.

Neighborhood

Our apartment is in a little town of the white coast in Alicante( at 30 Km), called Guardamar del Segura. It is a great place to spend holidays: a lot of hot and sun, a long large beach, a swimmingpool...
It is close to the beach (1 min walking), and it is not far from the center of the town(5 min walking too).
Non simultaneous exchanges are possible as this is our second home.

About Us

We are Gregorio(retired) and Pilar(secretary), Ana(teacher) and Paloma(student). We usually spend some days of our holidays together and we like to discover diferent places of Europe. We have exchanged three times with families from Budapest, Belgium, and Paris; all of them with a great success.
We want to repeat the experience in the next holiday and we're a bit confused about where to go, so your suggestions are welcomed!.

Destination

We'd prefer some city in Toscana, but we will consider any offer.

Other places in Europe are wellcomed.

This could be a non-simultaneous exchange so the dates are flexible in this case.
