Fully equipped kitchen, living-dinning room on covered terrace, maid service, towels and linnens included.

Air conditioning, ceiling fans, color cable TV with DVD player, dial up internet, telephone, radio/CD/cassette player, fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, toaster, coffe maker, oven, full size refrigerator, blender, toaster oven, bottled water. Covered rollable crib. No handicapped access. No pets please. Smoking only on terrace.

Quiet, safe neighborhood, short walk to convenience store and public transportation, minutes from beaches and downtown.

About Us

We are a couple in the restaurant business with a 12 year old well behaved girl, exprienced exchangers.

Destination

Skiing destinations in United States during the winter. Open other seasons. This is a non-simultaneous exchange, flexible dates, school vacations prefered.
