We offer a large executive-style heritage home just one block from the ocean and Beacon Hill Park, Victoria's largest park. Located on a quiet street, our California bungalow style home has been completely updated. It is an extremely bright home that has three large and comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a formal living room, separate dining room, a study (with grand piano) and two family rooms. The kitchen is a well equipped "cook's kitchen" with a gas range. The house includes a laundry, two computers with high speed internet, a cable TV package, a large collection of original art, HDTV, four fireplaces, and five skylights. The house sits in a beautiful well-maintained garden on a tree-lined street. We could also offer a week (Sept 7 to 14 in 2008) in a wonderful condo in WHISTLER, B.C.

Neighborhood

Fairfield is a beautiful seaside neighbourhood offering walking paths or biking and rollerblading along the spectacular ocean front. On windy days, they hang glide and wind surf at the end of our street. The well-known Cook Street Village is three short blocks away. It offers all the shopping and people watching you will need. We are just a 20 minute walk from downtown, all of it through beautiful Beacon Hill Park. Condé Nast Traveler magazine and other travel publications have often voted Victoria the Best City in the Americas and Vancouver Island the top North American Island.

About Us

Derek and Maxine are a quiet but energetic married couple. We have two grown sons. Derek is a retired government manager. Maxine is registered psychologist who works in the school system. We love to walk, go to museums and galleries and play a little golf. We are experienced exchangers.

We have a lovely and valuable home that we treat with great respect. We would treat your home with equal care and concern and would expect the same in return. Non-smokers.

Open to offers of simultaneous and non-simultaneous exchanges and we will respond to all enquiries.
