Description

Our family home has 4 large bedrooms, situated in the lovely Pohangina Valley, just opposite a school, so pool is available or the river is nearby. Beautifully landscape and scenery that takes you breath away. Very private. The house has french doors in the lounge that go onto a large decking that goes around to the front of the front of the house. Rural countryside all around. Excellent availability to bush walks and also close to either Feilding, Ashhurst, Palmerston North or through the gorge to the Waiarapapa. There is a 2 bay carport plus a carshed available. The house has recently been renovated.

Neighborhood

We have a wonderful, caring neighbourhood. Always ready to give a helping hand. There is a school just across the road and we are also on the high school bus route, which picks the children up right outside the gate. Our house is situated in an area that is very quiet and has fantastic views. We have the mountain range within walking distance and also some amazing bush walks available up the valley. There is the lovely Pohangina River which is ideal for swimming.

About Us

I am a solo-mum and have 3 children, aged 17yrs, 15yrs and 10yrs. I am currently a 2nd year student doing my bachelar degree in design at the Universal College of Learning and thoroughly enjoying it. I love the outdoors. Love living in the country, don't like town very much, too noisey. Love animals, I have 6 cats, 1 dog, 1 cow, 1 pig, and some free range chocks. When I finish my education next year, I'm wanting to work for a design company and also try my hand at some freelance designing jobs. It would be nice to get involved in the movie industry as there are alot of designing opportunities. My oldest is off to Polytech next year to do a 2 year Architecture/Draughtsman course.

Destination

The dates are flexible.
Brisbane or Goldcoast area, but am flexible.
I also require someone to look after my cats while away.
