Beautiful rural home with fabulous hill country views and private pool/hot tub. Five acres of woodland bounded by creek. 7 bedrooms, 5 baths. Fully fitted designer kitchen. Games room. Media room and two further sitting rooms. House recently fully refurbished.Huge rear deck provides a panoramic view over unspoiled valley and a place to relax over cocktails and dinner. The city of Austin is minutes away as are wonderful Hill Country attractions, shops and restaurants.

Neighborhood

A peaceful and rural neighbourhood with houses set back from the quiet road. The city of Austin is 15 minutes away. 15 minutes in the other direction takes you to the newly opened huge mall, the Hill Country Galleria or out into the rolling Hill Country scenery.

About Us

We are both doctors from the UK and have been living in Austin for the past year. We have four children, three boys (19, 17,10) and one daughter (13). We enjoy the wonderful climate here and the opportunity for outside living and activities. We have travelled extensively in Europe and are looking forward to travelling more in the USA, the Carribbean and South America. We also love to ski so would be interested in swops during the ski season as well as summer vacation time.

Destination

We are pretty flexible with our dates and would be interested in exchanging our home both in the summer and in the winter for a skiing destination. The children are off school from mid May to the end of August so we would want to take our summer vacation during that time. We would be interested in exchanging over the Christmas 2008 holiday period for a skiing destination. This would be the period 21st December to January 2nd.
