Beautiful modernist style apartment in central Barcelona, carefully decorated in Mediterranean colors. Large windows and lots of light in all rooms. Fully equipped apartment with balconies, winter garden, ADSL internet, laundry machine, 4 bedrooms and a large living/dining room. Living room windows + winter garden/terrace towards a charming, large inner patio with huge palm trees.

Neighborhood

Very well communicated, next to all tourist attractions yet a friendly, non-touristy Spanish neighborhood with bustling streets and squares, markets, restaurants, small wine bodegas etc.

About Us

We are a Spanish/Swedish couple in our thirties living a large part of the year in Barcelona (we spend much time in the family house in Östergötland during the summer). We work as a PhD researcher/university teacher (she) and telecommunications engineer (he). We are very easy-going and calm people, who are having a baby in a few months time, which is why we would like to spend around 1 month in Stockholm next year, preferably from around April 1, to be close to the family in Stockholm.

Destination

We are primarily interested in central Stockholm (Vasastan or Kungsholmen would be ideal!) but also nearby calm areas, as Alvik or Gröndal, are of interest. We would like at least a 2 room apartment, with internet connection.
