MY little bungalow has hardwood floors, lots of windows that look out onto a grassy garden area, lots of light, washer and dryer, easy maintenance, small , cozy , quiet, safe... wonderful neighbors... birds, cats all around..a park is right around the corner where every Saturday there is a Farmers Market... all within walking distance.
This is the perfect place for a single person or a couple. There is fog in the am and sunshine all day. This place is close to freeways shopping, restaurants and twenty one blocks from the pacific ocean.

Neighborhood

See above. I know most of my neighbors and we are a mixed bunch. Some of them have lived here for over twenty years and are older some are young students, families , all nationalities and backgrounds..this is a mixed neighborhood of friendly people.

About Us

I am a jewlery designer. I was born in Madrid and I grew up in Europe. I am also an oil painter ...my home is filled with art . I am interested in all aspects of the arts and I participate in many different venues with regards to the arts. I speak French and Spanish. I am divorced, no children. This is a small house , filled with art, music, books and the tools of my jewlery trade... I would clear out the jewelry things...
I have been living in the Los Angeles area for going on three years... this city has everything...great food, music, dance , art, museums, etc. and from my house it is less than five minutes to a major freeway..although you would never know it when in the house,,, quiet, garden setting
