Description

A character cottage turned 4-seasons home with a pine and timber interior, a gourmet kitchen and all the amenities of a home including laundry facilities, gas fireplace, BBQ, TV Room has VCR and stereo system. It is situated in a quiet garden setting with large maple trees, a tall pine grove and nearby conservation lands with trails. It has decks front and back and a side patio to follow the sun. The 2 bedrooms are on the second floor 1 with Queen bed, 1 with double bed. A 3rd bedroom/TV room has a pull-out double bed. In addition, there is a seasonal 'guest cottage' in the rear garden with a bright room and a pull-out double bed.

Neighborhood

Walk 12 minutes to the famous Wasaga Beach! Restaurants, watersports, trails, and other activities are nearby. Walk to grocery store and local restaurants. Drive 30 minutes to Collingwood and Blue Mountain or explore the antiques route. Enjoy an active day and come home to a tranquil and private garden environment.

We are 2 working professionals who love to spend time away and explore new places, cultures and meet new people. We are looking forward to travelling more through this exchange arrangement and are open to exploring many different places around the globe and in Canada.
