Description

A very charming house, on the top of a hill where you can see a splendorous sightseeing with the Atlantic Ocean and very close of the sea shore (15 minutes walking). In the main street of the town you can find many good restaurants, stores and a local manufacturing fair. You can swim, dive, rest or enjoy the view from the house wich is very confortable. The house has three stairs. At the top we have a bedroom with bathroom and a balcony. In the midle (where you enter in the house), you have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-room, kitchen and a large balcony. Downstairs you can find a large living-room, a bathroom and a bar.

Neighborhood

The house stays in a closed condominium with 5 others houses and a couple of housekeeper. There is a place with a swimming pool and an area for barbecue with a gorgeous view. There are no many neighborhoods excepts for some houses and resorts.

About Us

I live in Belo Horizonte and I have the Buzios' House for vacations. I'm 55 years old and I live wih my husband (60) and my son (29). I have a daughter (31) and a granddaughter (10), who live near my home. I'm a teacher, my husband an university director, my daughter an nutricionist and teacher and my son an accountant. Just we're participating in the exchange. I speak a little french, english and spanish, and of course my language (portuguese).
