Description

Ours is a newly renovated modern home which is tastefully furnished. Two of the bedrooms have ensuites and the other two share a bathroom and seperate toilet.There is a large Television with DVD and stereo system in the living area and a Television and DVD in the bedroom. In the office is a computor with internet access.
The house is on large grounds and is surrounded by lawns and gardens.
The outside entertaining area has a swimming pool and gas barbeque.

Neighborhood

Our house is located in a semi rural area 15 minutes drive from Hastings Street and Noosa beach. Major shopping centre and all amenities including many world class restaurants and coffee shops are within 10 minutes drive.The Noosa River offers kayaking, sailing and boat trips to the beautiful everglades. There are many walking and cycling tracks in and around the National Parks. Across the road is a 9 hole golf course and tennis courts.

About Us

We are Hilary and Bob - Hilary is 60 and I am 66 - we are both retired and spend a lot of our time swimming, running, cycling, playing tennis and golf. Whilst we have both traveled we would like to do more now that we are not involved in business or working.

Destination

Non-simultaneous exchange is ok and dates and length of stay are flexible - prefer northern Italy near water.
