Our house is big, there will be in use 2 or 3 rooms, kitchen, lounge, terrace and 2 baths.
Garage for car, in Madrid it is complicated to park in the street.
Kitchen completes, washer, dishwasher, refrigerator, vitroceramica, oven, microwave, coffee pot.
In the living room, video, TV(TV-channels).
Is 6 º floor(flat) with elevator and central heating.

ESPAÑOL:
Nuestra casa es grande, se utilizarán 2 habitaciones (puede ponerse otra cama en otra habitación), cocina, salón, terraza y 2 baños.
Garaje para coche, ya que en Madrid es complicado aparcar en la calle.
Cocina completa, lavadora, lavavajillas, frigorifico, placa vitroceramica, horno, microondas, cafetera...
En el salón, vídeo, TV, Imagenio (TV-canales)
Es un 6º piso con ascensor y calefacción central.

Neighborhood

The flat is in Madrid in the central "Paseo de la Castellana", near to the Conference hall (Palacio de Congresos).
There is buses and underground that they take to you to the zones different from the city. The underground takes you to the airport.
Ideally located as a touring base, our town offers easy access to the cities: Toledo, Segovia, Guadalajara, Avila, San Lorenzo de el Escorial, etc

IN SUMMER, wonderful flat in one of the best areas of central Madrid, by the Retiro Park. Walking to Museum the Prado.

With train cercanias:
Madrid-Avila: 118 km
Madrid-Segovia: 96 km
Madrid-San Lorenzo del Escorial: 60 km
Madrid-Toledo: 88 km

El piso se encuentra en Madrid en el céntrico paseo de la Castellana, junto al Palacio de Congresos.
Hay autobuses y metro que te llevan a las distintas zonas de la ciudad.
El metro te lleva al aeropuerto.
(El tren está a 10 minutos andando para ir a visitar las ciudades más cercanas, Toledo, Guadalajara, Avila, Segovia, Alcalá de Henares, Aranjuez...)
Hay numerosos supermercados, tiendas, almacenes, bares, restaurantes...
(En verano disponemos de otro piso en la Avenida Menendez Pelayo, junto al Parque del Retiro.)

About Us

We are 4 adults, my parents, my husband and me.
My husband is computer and a teacher of university in Madrid and I am a teacher of computer science and of painting in silk (www.mitallerdeseda.com).
We have brothers in Madrid that they can attend to them in any moment for any need.
We are respectful of others property and would look after your home with care and consideration, we will treat your home like our own.
We are non-smokers and would appreciate if you smoke ony outside of our house.

Destination

You may combine a stay in our house in Madrid with a stay in our house in Gandia.
We are extremely responsible. We would be excellent guest and we will treat your home like our own. We don’t smoke.

Also we have apartment in first row of the beach, swimming pool, tennis, garage.
For 6 people, 3 rooms, 2 baths, cook, hall and a great terrace.
To the being second residence are no interchange problems.
