Description


The appartement, renovated 4 years ago, is located to the 5th floor with an elevator. There is: a 30 m² living room, very sunny and with a nice view ; parquet floor, a marble chimney in use; 2 pleasant and calm bedrooms (on the courtyard). One for 2 persons (single beds) and the other for a couple both with miror and chimney (out of use). A lovely bathroom whith bath/shower big miror; an american kitchen fully equiped (dish-washer, washing machine, microwave). The toilet are separed. We do not have a télévision but a LCD projector with a big screen and lots of DVD. It's a pet and smoke free house.
Our building is a quite place with a very helpfull house keeper

Neighborhood

The building is located in a nice area, beneath the subway station (Laumière) and a velo station. It's also quite easy to escape by car car to visit places around (Versailles, Dysneyland,...) (be carefull of the traffic jams inside of Paris.).

Just around the house, there is all the shops you need, two big parks, a canal, a big movy theatre and two concert halls. Discribe further would be too long. So please, visit this links located on maximum of 15 mn by feet from our house:

We are architect and a phylosophy teacher.
We like nature (all kind), architecture, cinema, litterature, cooking and eating. Being togother with our 3 years boy.

Destination

We're looking for a european place for august. We like to walk in the countrside or on a beach or any natural site.
