Description

Our home is a large one bedroom with seperate dining room, kitchen office and living room, wood floors- ground floor flat. We have great neighbors above us and a small backyard that we share with our neighbors.

Neighborhood

The neighborhhod is on the border between Richmond and Seacliff and is very safe and family friendly. It's an international community with many Russians, Chinese and Brazillians. The flat is right across the street from a great toddler park. We are 10 minutes walking distance from Baker Beach, 20 minute walk to Golden Gate Park, close to museums and one block away from bus that takes you to downtown in 25 minutes or less.

About Us

We are a family of three- a married couple with a two year old. My husband is an artist/writer and I am a development director for a non-profit in SF. My husband speaks spanish. We are interested in traveling to Spain in July 2008.

Destination

This can be a non-simaltaneous exchange, We would likr to be in the south of spain.
