Description

Our home is a modern bungalow with first class fittings and appliances. Situated in a new suburb of Hamilton it has shopping within walking distance, including supermarkets. Fully carpeted and tiled with a family room and lounge and three good sized double bedrooms. In the family room we have a 42 inch plazma tv with a surround sound system. The family room leads out through wide opening french doors onto a walled courtyard with table, chairs and sun umbrella with barbeque for out-door living. The lounge is more formal and also leads out onto another courtyard with table and chairs.This courtyard is also accessible from the master bedroom and second bedroom. Our kitchen in gleaming white is modern and equiped with European oven and multi-function oven / microwave. Dishwasher waste disposal and fridge / freezer are all there.

Neighborhood

Our neighbourhood is quite quiet and new. Within a few minutes walk to supermarkets, specialty shops, take-a-ways, service station and doctors. Public transport is very close. An up-market subdivision with a good mix of families and couples.

About Us

We are a married couple with two married grown up children. We have three granchildren who we adore.
I am a business owner and Glenis is a personal assistant to an engineer, a position she has held for twenty years.
We enjoy a quiet life with walking and occasionally dining out. Our main interests remain our children and grandchildren.

Destination

Our dates are fairly flexible and we could have non-simultaneous exchanges. This would means that we could put you up in our home while we are here as well.
Our preference is for an exchange in Bath or immediate surrounds.
