Description

Newly refurbished attatched apartment across the road from the beach. We have 2 apartments available both are furnished to a high standard with leather suites, LCD t.v's ensuite bathrooms and full kitchens. The apartments are ideal for couples and can be available year round.
They are set away from the road and are elevated with nice views of the ocean in the front and a lovely rural views out the back with grazing horses and Alpakas just over the fence.

Neighborhood

Beautiful beach and beach walks. Not unusual to see dolphins and orcas going by.
There are also bush walks, horse treks, and marine reserve in close proximity.
Local store just down the road and a cafe / bar at the far end of the beach.
Wainui and Gisborne is the first city in the world to see the sunrise. Beach across the road was broadcast around the world during the millenium.

About Us

My wife and I are both 48 years old and are fortunate enough to be retired. We both have backgrounds in education, hospitality and property investment.
We love the beach, surfing, exercise and have a passion for travel new adventures, meeting new people and life!
We have been married for 28 years ( high school sweethearts) and have 3 kids (though are now adults). Still have a cat and dog living at home with us.

Destination

We do not live in our apartments so they are available anytime so exchange does not need to be simultaneous. Dates are entirely flexible. Woild prefer beach excahsnge especially with surfing near by.
