Description

Single story home with both bedrooms ensuite. Open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Laundry contains washer and dryer. All modern conveniences including TV's, DVD/VCR, stereo, computer with high-speed internet and cable. Gas cooking with electric and wood burning heat. Small garden available for use but looked after by friendly neighbors.

Neighborhood

Very quiet rural neighborhood with a short drive to shops, Post Office and restaurants. Beautiful Victoria can be easily visited for the day. Mountain views and access to Mt. Washington, Vancouver Island's premier ski resort.

About Us

We are a senior retired couple. We keep our home clean and tidy and would be most respectful of other's property. Paul is an ex-Brit with family still living in the U.K. Margie originates from the U.S. with family in Oregon and Arizona. Neighbors, who are very close friends, would be willing to help with problems or questions regarding the area.

Destination

Ideally we would prefer southern England and would require simultaneous exchange.
