Description

Our 45 m2 flat is cosy, clean, well laid-out and romantic. It is ideally situated: in Paris center, 5 minutes walk from the center of montmartre village (place du tertre and sacré coeur), and 2 minutes walk from metro station, in a quiet street. The apartment is in a clean and charming typical Parisian building, and has been totally renovated recently. There is a large living room with a convertible sofa, and a kitchen with every equipment you need to cook. There is also a bedroom with a 2 people bed, and a pleasant bathroom.

Neighborhood

Our district is very pleasant, safe, and picturesque (typical Montmartre stairs in our street...). Situated in a quiet area, very close to Montmartre monuments and nightlife. There is lots of French cosy bars and fine restaurants, non-touristic also. We live next to a metro station to Paris center, and also bus lines (day and night). Two bicycle rent stations are in our street.

About Us

We are Sophie and Dan, a young couple. Sophie is a French teatcher and Dan is a science researcher. We love travelling, discovering new cultures. We both play music, love to cook, read, watch movies... We are very responsible and will take good care of your home.

Destination

We are very interrested in home exchange in Tokyo for next summer, for a period of 2 to 3 weeks from July to August.

In Italy we want to visit Roma or Bologna.

In United Kingdom, we are looking for a short stay (long week end) in central London.
