House close to the atlantic ocean and to the beach.
Wonderfull view on presqu'ile de Crozon and mer d'Iroise.
Nice garden : 1000 m2
A short track (100 m ) goes directly to the beach.
The house built in 1990 was renewed in 2007 (extension).
All the facilities of a modern house are supplied: TV, wifi, barbecue, workshop, garage 3 cars...

Neighborhood

The house is not fat from the center of a small village (Plougonvelin) with many facilities (supermarket, cinema, seawater swimmingpool, tennis, yachtclub, diveing club, anchorage for yachts..) and not far from the city of Brest (25 km)- 1 hour to Paris by direct flygt every 2 hours.

Me and my wife will welcome you with pleasure in our modern house in this country of Britanny.

Destination

Dates are flexible depending the interest.
My wife is teacher so we are linked with éducation vacation.
