Description

We are a young couple looking to exchange our 93 sq m apartment located in the 8th district of Vienna (a trendy but historical inner district). The apartment itself has a modern kitchen, a good-sized office and a spacious living/dining room. A balcony can be found extending from the separate toilet (a quirk we have come to love). We also have extra mattress (and will soon have a sleeper couch) which can sleep 2 more (for families).

Wireless internet and cable TV is available.

Neighborhood

The street we live on is a lively one, close to bars and restaurants, grocery stores and other shops. Tram, subway and bus are all close by. We also have bicycles. It is a few minutes from the first district, with its castles, churches and museums and a stone's throw from the main shopping district.

About Us

We are both in our late 20's, in creative jobs, looking to spend a month or so in a different environment. We both love to travel and met while backpacking. We're respectful of other people's spaces and expect the same in return. Please email us for more information. We're quite aware we're starting to sound stiff in this ad. :)

Destination

Looking for New York, Paris, Barcelona ideally but are open to other offers. We are looking at the whole month of February for the swap, but can be a bit flexible as to length of time.
