Description

Our house is open plan. You enter via remote acessed sliding gate into covered secure carport. There is a plant filled path to the front door. There are two bedrooms, and a study inside the house as well as open plan living, dining, kitchen and family room. There are triple sliding doors out onto the garden which is enclosed and fully private. There is also an additional seperate double en suite bedroom on the property.

Neighborhood

We live in a quiet street but have easy access to all the major road networks in Cape Town. There is a small well stocked supermarket within walking distance. A large park, school playing fields and a sports club are a few minutes walk away.

We are about a 15 minute drive to the beaches, mountains, winelands and the V&A waterfront.

About Us

I am Lisette (51) and I will be travelling with my daughter Monique (22) and our three dogs (2 labradors and a small mongrel dog). We are hoping to relocate to the Netherlands and would like to arrange a long term home exchange so that we can test the waters before breaking all ties with South Africa.

Destination

Ideally I would like to swop in the Zuid Limburg area but anywhere in the Netherlands would be suitable.
