Our large, sunny, executive, single family 4 bedroom home is located on a quiet street that is close to downtown, all amenities, walking paths, library, community centre etc. Luxurious amenities. Huge master with walk-in closet, large ensuite with double jacuzzi and shower. Three large bedrooms. Large kitchen open to family room with fireplace. Large living and dining areas. Very open house that is full of light. Lovely gardens. Large stone back yard patio and BBQ. Finished basement: workout room, computer area, TV/recreation room an Triple garage. Gorgeous 3 bedroom cottage, 2 hour drive from Ottawa, on sandy beach on Ottawa River can also be negotiated. Car available. No smoking or pets in either place.

Neighborhood

Quiet neighbourhood of single family homes. Close to walking paths, parks and all city amenities. Beautiful area close to forest. Mixed neighbourhood of young families to retirees. Friendly and safe. . Located in south east of Ottawa. Close to major highway (417) to Montreal, Toronto etc.

About Us

We are a professional couple. My husband is a consultant in the computer/business field and I am a high school teacher. We have a son and daughter who are in university. We speak English and French. We love to snowshoe, bike, hike, skate, ski, read, exercise, and entertain.

Destination

We plan to rent a house in Kilkee from July 21 to August 4, have not set up an exchange for that time. We want to stay on the south east coast of Ireland, fairly close to Dublin as a first choice, from August 4 to possibly 12, but are flexible. We are not interested in Northern Ireland at this time, but would like to see the south on this trip. We would be willing to do a non-simultaneous exchange for the first two weeks.
