Description

Inside the property, the fully equipped fitted kitchen (including full sized cooker and hob, complemented by a microwave oven and fridge-freezer) leads into the air conditioned living area. This part of the property features a dining area leading to the lounge space which includes TV and a DVD player. The downstairs w/c is positioned next to the staircase.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (each with a private balcony) and the main bathroom.

Amongst the furniture leather sofa table and 4 chairs and an outside table for the balcony .

For the benefit of guests with toddlers, the property includes a travel cot (with linen, suitable for use upto around 18months), and a travel-high-chair.

Neighborhood

Set in rural surroundings, above the old village of Peyia in Cyprus, this modern holiday accommodation is located a few minutes from the well know Coral bay, less than 3 kilometres away.

The property is an ideal base for your holiday, great for exploring the towns, villages and historical sites of Cyprus, close to many coves and sandy beaches.

On the lower terrace adjacent to the property's ground floor car-parking space is a large secluded South West facing swimming pool and there is a paved area and permanent BBQ around the pool where sun beds and mattresses are provided.

The property is one of a small number of brand new exclusive townhouses making up the complex.

Peyia village supports just about everything you need for day-to-day living, whilst Coral Bay offers a sandy beach, ideal for families, and a wide range of watersports. Horse riding and go-karting are also available locally. Transport includes local buses and taxis. A wide range of tours, on land and sea, is also bookable.

It truly is a place for all seasons, with something for everyone, according to the time of year. The area from Paphos to the Akamas Pensinular offers everything that one could wish of a Mediterranean holiday: safe beaches, turquoise seas, dramatic landscapes, history, nightclubs and restaurants

It is the ideal specialist destination too, whether your interest is golf, marine life, botany or ornithology. In addition, there are so many places of historic interest that Paphos has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This is a holiday home jointly owned by myself Paul and friend Gareth we both live in Penarth Wales with our families and try to visit our holiday home once each year.
