Description

The house is a well maintened semi-detached 3-bedroom house. The ground floor contains a spacy kitchen, a bedroom with a king size bed and a small bathroom with a shower, a living area which leads to the garden. On the first foor you find 2 bedrooms with single beds, a study with broad band internet connection and the bathroom. In the garden a caban and a swing are suitable for children. The house is ideally suited for 2-4 people, or a couple with their family. Usual appliances available: central heating, washer, dryer, gas cooker and oven, microwave, internet connection and a TV.

Maison semi-mitoyenne avec trois chambres ( une avec un grand lit de 160x200, et deux avec un lit d'une personne). Au rez-de-chaussée, une cuisine équipée avec LV, four micro-ondes, et petit congélateur. Le salon-salle à manger donne sur un jardin avec balançoire et maisonnette pour enfants. A côté de la chambre des parents, un cabinet de toilettes comprend un lavabo et une douche.
A l'étage, deux chambres d'enfants, un bureau doté d'un BZ, accès internet et téléphone illimités, une salle de bains avec baignoire LL et sèche linge.

Neighborhood

As we work in a secondary school, the house is built on the resort which is enterely closed and very safe.The secluded house is situated in a quiet street but only 15 minutes by foot away from the town centre and the idyllic river Oise. The place is ideal for being explored by bicycle and there are 2 bicycles for your use available. Car exhange can also be arranged.
Saint Leu is only a 20 minutes train trip away from Paris centre( gare du Nord) which enables you to enjoy it all - a house with a garden, pretty and easygoing Saint Leu and thriving Paris all in one. One mile away from home, the leisure resort offers entertainment such as rowing, bathing, sunbathing on a sandy beach, horse riding. Many touristic towns such as Chantilly, Compiègne, Pierrefonds are interesting to visit with their castles and museums and you will discover all the famous places that the impressionist painters like Van Gogh enjoyed.

Base de loisirs à 5 minutes, Chantilly à 6 Km, Compiègne et Pierrefonds à moins de 45min. Paris à 20 minutes en train.

About Us

We are a family of four aged 42, 36, 7 and 4.
We love travelling and we spend most of our free time visiting France but now children are getting older so we’d like to spend our holidays in a foreign country. We work for the Education Ministry and we have many days-off at each half-term and holidays in summer.
We are perfectly capable of taking care of your home as if it was our, which I also expect from you.We have no pet as I’m allergic to them.
