This is a 1100 sq foot 2 story home near down town regina. close to local international and independant grocery stores. Close to local farmers market in summer. 10 minutes to airport.
The large living and dining room space are great for entertaining, and the little library makes for a cozy nook for curling up with a book, or even writing one!
The home has 1 very large master bedroom, a small second bedroom, and a finished basement that also has sleeping quarters.
There is an enclosed varanda, and a private backyard with garden, firpit and garage. This home feels like home to all that enter!

Neighborhood

I love the central nature of this neighbourhood, the friendly neighboors and the warm community feeling. The streets are lined with mature elm trees and there are parks, schools and public transit within a few blocks. It is close to a large park ideal for running or long walks.

This is a neighbourhood in transition. so there are some houses that are in poor repair but this is changing very quickly!

I am a professional woman with arty tendancies that is hoping to travel for a year starting Jan 2010.
