Description

Our home is 30 years old and has ben completly renovated over the last 5 years. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. We have a big screen TV in the master bedroom and a regular one in the living room. All modern appliances that you would expect are also included.

Neighborhood

Our home is located 10 min from the airport and 5 min from downtown directly on the Charlottetown waterfront. It is approx. a 20 min drive to the north shore beaches. We have a small ski hill that is aprox. a 15 min drive. Charlottetown has only 30,000 people and offers a safe and friendly atmosphere. We live in an upscale area next to some of the nicest homes on our Island.

About Us

My wife and I are empty nesters with our two children off to university. We are 49 years old and in good heath. We enjoy being near the water and all activities that involve the water. We enjoy new adventures and look forward to finding a couple that is interested in sharing homes.
