Pleasant little place at the end of a long small courtyard painted in the Mediterranean spirit : walls colored in several shades of salmon-pink and beige, flowering and succulent plants, chairs.
I've decorated my little flat (studio 20m²) myself in black, white and red...
Big room with 2 windows that look on the yard plus a bathroom (with toilets, shower, washbasin) and a big kitchenette.
Hardwood floor, a big sofa-bed, a coffee table, a dining table, 2 chairs and 2 stools, cable TV, high speed Internet, illimited phone.
Ideal for 2 people. 4th floor (no elevator).

Neighborhood

The appartment is situated between two underground stations of the Line 7, several bus lines are at the end of the street, several shops, restaurants and bars (principally in the Mouffetard Street !), daily market, many launderettes around.
The flat is well located in a very quiet residence, which is rare in Paris (during summer you can easily sleep with an opened window !).
5 mn walk from the Botanical Gardens (the ideal thing for running if you feel up to doing it !), 15 mn walk from the Panthéon and the Sorbonne, 20 mn walk from the Luxembourg Gardens...
And about 5-10 mn by bus from "l'île de la Cité" and the cathedral Notre-Dame !

About Us

26 year old, I'm a french student in Economic international law at the Sorbonne and work in an international association of lawyers. I've been living alone for 3 years because of my studies, studies which leed me in Paris.
I love travelling and want to improve my English. So why not try exchange holidays ?
And above all, I'd be pleased to take care of one's neighbour's property and I hope the same in return...
