The deck is just off the kitchen and living room area overlooking a large backyard with pond, lovely view of red rocks. It's currently partially furnished with sofa, tables, & some beds & dressers, washer/dryer. Has lots of closet space.

Neighborhood

Hiking trails are just outside. Location is pleasant walk from downtown Boulder, near bike trials & Eben Fine Park & Chatauqua, and a 30- to 40-minute drive to Denver. It's a half-hour drive to Eldora ski resort for family skiing, longer drive to Winter Park, Keystone, Breckenridge & others.

About Us

We're a couple who recently relocated to Washington DC, and we have three daughters in college. Would like to trade our Boulder home for DC area home during holidays, school breaks. We need room enough for ourselves and our daughters, preferably three bedrooms, but two bedrooms okay for Thanksgiving. Flexible dates.

Destination

For holiday exchange DC, MD, VA okay.

Would consider permanent exchange for metro-accessible DC property with at least 3 BR 2BA.
