Quick access to centre of culture, restaurants etc. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms; spacious living areas and decks. Also have a three bedroom beachfront house 50kms North on the Kapiti Coast for wonderful outdoor-living.

Neighborhood

Yes; whilst being on top of the City the place has been designed to be away from noise. One in a block of five apartments; shielded from the outside by an electronic gate. A short walk down steps will get you to the centre of the City within five minutes.
Our beach-place is easilt accessible from the north-bound motorway a forty minute drive. Once there, the beach and sea is literally 20 metres away. The house is an architect-designed structure built to take advantage of the very special beachfront cite. Fantastic views. A coast-line with a plethora of outdoor activities. For instance ,there are up to 5 golf-course within 30 minutes drive--and plenty of other diversions whi do not feel the need to chase a little white ball across mowed acres!!!

About Us

We are a recently almost-retired couple. We had almost three decades sharebroking and in the public service. We are keen now at spending longer periods "off-shore" experiencing new and interesting foreign neighbourhoods. We love Europe and are keen to spend time in the next few years in Italy, Spain, Germany, Prague...... not that we are limited in any way to these places. Where have you got that we might conmsider staying , huh ? Our loast vacation involved three weeks in Krakow and a month in the centre of Paris----..... fantastic !!

Destination

We have a modern , well-appointed two-bedroom city-centre apartment. in Wellington or a beachfront executive house some 50kms north in the Kapiti Coast in Raumati. We can easily consider non-simultaneous exchange. We are looking for accomodation in Italy, Spain, Berlin, Prague, Portugal. Or indeed anywhere in Europe. Surprise us, we are prepared to consider almost anything, anywhere.
