1200 sq. ft main floor apartment in James Bay Beacon Hill area of Victoria. A quiet (mostly adult) apartment with 2 bedrooms (or 1 bdrm & den), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet, cablevision with DVD player, wood burning fireplace, spacious patio with garden area.

Neighborhood

A quiet neighboorhood just 1 block from Beacon Hill Park & a 3 minute walk to the ocean. Downtown is a 10 minute walk to Museums, quaint shops, restaurants, Historical sights. Bus stop around the corner provides transportation around the city. BC Ferry (to Vancouver) is a 30 minute drive as Victoria International Airport. The ferry to Seattle is a 10 minute from the apartment. This is the most sought after location in Victoria.

About Us

I am a semi retired business owner interested in travelling abroad or south America. My male partner & I have travelled to Mexico for many winters and would like to explore the rest of the world now. I am currently studying Spanish, like to read, dance, enjoy live plays & love history. I am open to many locations of exchange for minimum 1 week.

Destination

My dates are flexible, I would like New York for a week or 2 or a longer stay in Costa Rica Mexico, Belize or abroad
