Large beautiful 2 year old home in the woods located on upscale Bainbridge Island near Seattle. Surrounded by 5 private wooded acres. Walking distance to beaches. 35 minute ferry ride from Seattle. This is a charming little Island with a quaint village and access to many little beaches. Very pleasant summer weather. The Northwest is a naturally beautiful area with many lakes, bays, beaches and mountains.

We are a family of four. Our kids are ages 8 and 12. We have done a two house exchanges before and we like do try it again.
