Description

We have a beautifully decorated two-story home with a nice yard. Very nice kitchen and Home is very roomy and comfortable. we have two computers with access to internet. 3 Televisions with cable TV. one room is a Theater room with DVD player/cable tv.

Neighborhood

We are close to the beach (approx. 3 miles) we are close to many restaurants and shopping areas too! We are 25 minutes away from Disneyland and Knotts berry farm. We are accross the street from the grocery store and many other stores and restaurants. Many restaurants will deliver. we are walking distance to a beautiful park with a lake.

About Us

We are a nice and honest family. My husband is an Architect and I own a hair salon one block away from our home. We have two children, daughter 10 years old, son is 5 years old. We are most comfortable speaking english. However, My husband and I speak spanish. Our children unfortunately never learned spanish. We would like to go to a spanish speaking country maybe for them to learn. However, We are very flexible!

Destination

This will have to to be a simultaneous exchange. We are flexible on the dates. However, we will not be able to stay longer than 15 days because my husbands job.
