Description

If you enjoy winter sports this is the place to visit. Our beautiful home is located just 20 minutes from Snowbasin Ski Resort. This is where the down hill skiing events were held during the 2002 Olympics. We are also less than 1 hour from Park City and Deer Valley. Our great community is located about 20 miles north of Salt Lake City, so there is much to do.



Our home was just built, we moved in 2 weeks ago. We are still trying to unbox our stuff. It has wood floors in the kitchen, with a large master suite on the main floor. There are two bedrooms and a bonus room upstairs. We are in the process of completing two more bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. We do not have landscaping complete yet. This is something that will have to wait until spring. We do have a cover patio in the back with a gas BBQ to use all winter long.

We would love to exchange our home for a great family vacation.

Neighborhood

We live in a very quiet neighborhood. There are many homes still under construction. It is considered a bedroom community.

About Us

My husband and I have 3 girls, ages 12, 14, 15. My husband is the police chief in our city and I a professor at a local college. Our oldest daughter is a sophmore at our high school that is in its first year. Our two youngest attend the junior high. Both schools are located just a half a mile from us.

Destination

We are looking for an exchange over the Christmas holiday. Our daughters cheerleading squad was invited to perform at the Holiday Bowl, in San Diego.
